The address and directions will be confirmed upon booking. It's a 15 minute drive from Mystery Creek, Hamilton Airport and Te Awamutu.
It’s best to book in advance as spaces can fill quickly. If you’d like to be added to the short-notice waiting list let me know.

Terms
Payment Options
Payment can be made by EFTPOS (Visa & Mastercard credit cards accepted), digital wallet, cash or bank transfer on the day PRIOR TO LEAVING, or pre-paid by bank transfer. Prices include GST regardless of the payment method. Receipts are available upon request and can be emailed to you, after payment has been received. I do not offer gift vouchers for massages.
Fixed Prices
Prices are non-negotiable, whether for one visit or regular ongoing visits.
Massage Cancellation Policy
You are welcome to cancel your appointment without penalty, provided this is done within a reasonable time frame. Cancellations made the day prior are considered reasonable, as they allow me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to someone else.
Following a same-day cancellation, I may require a non-refundable pre-payment for your next booking. I also reserve the right to decline any bookings at my discretion and without providing reason. Thank you for your understanding.
TLC Break & Overnight B&B Accommodation Deposits
A 50% deposit may be requested to secure your booking for these two options. If you prefer not to bank transfer a deposit your booking is not secured. You’re welcome to cancel free of charge with a full deposit refund by bank transfer up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made under 7 days of check-in will forfeit any deposit. If I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances you will receive 100% of any deposits or advanced payments by bank transfer, even if under 7 days. No refunds are available for no-shows.
Medical Issues
I reserve the right to refuse a massage, or severely limit the scope of a massage, if you have any of the following: Eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, athlete's foot, unexplained rashes, cuts, unhealed wounds, abrasions, burns (including severe sunburn), blisters, boils, extensive warts or areas with active swelling. Additionally you should not book a massage without clearance from your doctor if you have kidney and/or liver conditions and uncontrolled hypertension. It goes without saying that any sign of a communicable disease such as a cold should stop your booking.
Communication
If I reply to two enquiries from you and hear nothing back each time, I will not reply to future enquiries. Two-way and timely communication is essential and all my happy clients understand this.

PLEASE NOTE: I am often not able to answer your call at various times during the day due to appointments. The best thing is to text, or email me with you preferred appointment date, time and duration. I will not return missed calls, or calls that do not leave a message.
Massage bookings must be made by the person(s) having the massage. No surprise couples bookings! If a couple booking then both must be aware of the appointment!
